We will teach delegates how to identify and put together a specifically targeted customer profile. We will also look at the various different channels which can be used to communicate with customers along with the pros and cons for each. After identifying the target customer and selected the right channels, we will show you how to out together an effective marketing plan.

By the end of the workshop not only will you have learn more about marketing, but you will also leave the session with a marketing plan that you can implement straight away.
